REGISTRATION INFORMATION

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

n        Player registration for FALL '08 will open on 5/15/08 and close on 6/30/08. We are accepting players from age 9 (as of 8/1/08) and up through High School age . 

 

n        Players will not be officially registered until payment is made in full and the birth date has been verified for first-time players

 

n        Online Registration through our website is preferred, however if you have problems, please use the Print Registration Form.  Please remember that regardless of how you register, a copy of the signed Registration Form (Medical Release) MUST be printed and mailed with your payment. Play Up Request must be made at the time your register using this Play Up Request Form.

   

n      If forgotten the Registrar can email you your Bonzi Username and Password from the Spring '08 season.  This will be to the email address in the Bonzi system, which may not be your current address.  If you have problems accessing your Bonzi online registration account, please email the registrar at simsglass@pullman.com.   Please change or update any information in your account

if it is incorrect.

 

n       Fees this Fall season are $110.00 and $95.00 in the Spring if registered in the Fall season.

 

n        Please register your player under the correct age category (age as of 8/01/08), even though he/she may have played in a different category, (played–up). If you register your player in the incorrect category, the birth-date will be incorrect. 

 

n       Players will be notified of team placement, by late February.  Managers and  coaches will notify players in early March concerning practice location and start dates.

 

n       Scholarship forms are available on our website (www.pullmansoccerclub.org) if needed.
